It took me many hours
Wow, this game absolutely wrecked me. From the gripping storyline to the breathtaking visuals and deeply moving soundtrack, I was on the edge of my seat and then utterly floored by the emotional impact. I found myself tearing up more times than I can count. It’s one of those rare experiences where a game transcends entertainment and truly touches your soul. I can’t recommend it enough—prepare for an emotional rollercoaster
Instead of E for the jetpack, you should make it activate while holding spacebar mid-air like in the hit game Fortnite
This game is one of the best ive seen so far, good music, assets, and even cutscenes. A upgrade system, working backgrounds, and a well set out level. This game is amazing. In sprint 3 I would say adding some kind of checkpoint in longer levels would be great, as I accidentally upgraded my gun first and it was very difficult to get past level 2 as if I died once my progress would be reset. Theres some stray pixels in certain animations (look around the top), this can probably be fixed by reimporting the sprite sheet. Adding a settings menu and having to exit the level select menu would be nice. Plus I want a cool martian sound track. 8/10 game, I am sure it will be one of the best in the Jam. I think a boss fight would be cool
I started to add a boss fight but never got it finished I got around 50 percent done on the fight. Thanks for the feedback I will probably implement more coins in the first few levels and make them a bit easier and fix the bugs you listed.
Absolutely phenomenal experience. It felt like I was really in space searching for my dog. Brought me to tears 10/10
